Puerto Rican Egg Nog

serves 2

The fat of one can of coconut milk
Three egg yolks
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
¼ cup almond milk
¼ whole milk
½-¾ Cup of sugar
Rum to taste

At all ingredients except rum to a heavy sauce pan and whisk vigorously until just barely simmering.
Remove from heat use electric mini Rosle coffee frother, add rum and enjoy.
